How Our Recruitment Process Works

When you work with Business Partnerz, you will be allocated an Account Manager who is a Recruitment Consultant specifically dedicated to your Business. The Account Manager will conduct a meeting with the Hiring Managers for fully understanding the Organization and the business requirements. The Account Manager also serves as the one point of contact for consistent and efficient service. Your Account Manager will also guarantee to keep you thoroughly informed throughout the Recruitment process and will offer advice and suggestions as required.

The Account Manager takes a full job brief which includes conducting Job Analysis and Job evaluation on behalf of the Organization in cases where it isn’t conducted already based on which we search our large and sophisticated databases from Business Partnerz registered candidates and other recruitment portals. Prospective candidates will be contacted and prescreened through preliminary telephonic interview (PTI) techniques, and the CVs of those who are suitable will be called for a formal interview with a panel consisting of the Account Manager and subject matter expert at Business Partnerz nearest site office. Once the PTI and panel interview process has been completed at our end, the best suited candidates will be forwarded to you. If there are suitable candidates on our database, we aim to do this within 1-3 working days.

We make it a point that our clients receive only the profiles which are the closest match to your specific requirements. Your Account Manager will get in touch with you for confirming receipt of profiles and take feedback. Business Partnerz will also, at times and at its discretion, advertise positions on various recruitment portals and our own popular website which attracts applications from all over the world.

Once the profiles have been scrutinized by the Client we will arrange interviews on the decided dates and time at your request and provide ongoing client-candidate liaison through to a successful conclusion. We will continue to work with you until the right candidate has been selected.
